Private Equity Analyst — Abu Dhabi Sovereign Wealth Fund
Began her professional career in private equity at one of Abu Dhabi's leading sovereign wealth funds. Gained deep exposure to macroeconomic analysis, investment strategy, and capital allocation — analytical skills that would later inform her evidence-based approach to public policy.
2014
Public Policy Analyst — UAE Mission to the United Nations
Transitioned to public service as a policy analyst at the UAE's Mission to the United Nations in New York. Engaged with multilateral diplomacy, global development agendas, and the intersection of national interests with international governance frameworks.
2015
Policy Analyst — Prime Minister's Office, UAE
Joined the Prime Minister's Office to work on strategic national initiatives. This role provided first-hand exposure to the inner workings of the UAE's federal governance, executive decision-making, and cross-ministerial coordination.

Minister of State for Youth Affairs
Appointed at age 22 as the world's youngest cabinet minister. For seven years, she spearheaded the UAE's youth empowerment agenda — establishing the Emirates Youth Council, launching mentorship programmes, creating policy engagement platforms, and integrating youth perspectives into national governance at every level.

Minister of Community Empowerment
